A) It is made of the same durable water resistant neoprene fabric as many high quality armbands are made from.
Q) I am using a bumper case with my Phone, can I still use the HB Tune hand band?
A) YES - unlike most armbands, the HB Tune iPhone handband pouch size is designed to be slightly larger than an iPhone, therebye accommodating most bumper cases. The smartphone sized HB tune handband is designed to fit almost all large smartphones with a bumper case, including the Samsung Galaxy S III. The maximum device size for all HB Tune handbands, including the bumper case is shown above. Please be sure to get the correct sized handband for your specific device.
Q) Can I really control the touch screen through the plastic?
A) YES - that is one of the critical features of the HB Tune handband. The plastic is designed to offer minimal resistance to the touch screen operation. As such, you will be able to control your screen almost as if you were touching it directly. We feel that this feature is what makes the HB Tune handband so much better than wearing an armband on your arm. You now have everything you need right in the palm of your hand!
Q) I am not sure what size HB tune handband to order - what if I order the wrong one? what is your exchange and return policy?
A) We are not happy until you are. We offer free postage paid exchanges both ways for 90 days on any purchase you make should you want a different color or pouch size. We also offer a 90 day refund policy. If you don't like your HB Tune handband for any reason within 90 days of your purchase date - you can return your handband for a full credit - we will even refund your postage to send it back!
